Visual CamScript (VCS) is an Interactive Development Environment (IDE) for CNC programmer's using the APT programming language. VCS is distributed with a subset of the Apt language that is upward compatible with most other Apt implementations.

VCS provides a powerful editor, with line numbering, multi-level Undo/Redo and colored syntax highlighting. This editor along with the 3-D graphics module that will display the cutter center path with direction arrows, defined geometry and the programmed tool diameter, creates an extremely productive environment. A tape punching feature is also included.

VCS is distributed with User-Configurable Master postprocessors for both Lathe and Milling/Drilling machines. Custom postprocessors may also be interfaced with VCS.
